Origins
Nestled on the the coast of the North Sea in the city of Nairn, Scotland, Piccolo Press was founded in 1985 by Tim Honnor. A former Submarine Commander in the Royal Navy, he is now a lecturer to the British Printing Society and Chairman of the British Engraved Stationery Association. Having recruited only the very best talent, this small team of experienced and creative people enjoy a world-wide reputation for the highest quality in printing. Every step of every order is produced on-site under the direct supervision of our own dedicated artisans.

Visitors
When travelling to Scotland, visitors are welcome to tour our printing shop and view our collection of irreplaceable antique presses. Accomodation is available in nearby Inverness, where Tim Honnor is also the owner of Westhill House, a charming bed and breakfast in the Capital of the Scottish Highlands.
