TIMING & ORDERING INFORMATION
We recommend that you allow at least one month for the entire design, printing and shipping process. Design averages about five to seven working days. Letterpress and thermography printing take about 10 to 14 working days while engraving takes about 14 -20 working days and shipping takes about three working days. So if you have the time here’s how it works...

Step TWO –
Details of you and your order
Whether you have something very specific in mind or if you want us to design something uniquely for you, each order involves a number of decisions and choices. Here are some things we need to know:

• What it is that we are printing – invitation, announcement, stationery...?
• Do you prefer letterpress, engraving or theremography?
• What is the quantity of each item?
• Size (s)?
• Do you have any particular colors in mind?
• What fonts do you like?
• Paper choice?
• Do you have an image or motif that you’d like to use?

STEP THREE –
Design
Once we have all your information we will ask you to email us your FINAL wording for placement and layout.We will most likely give you several options consisting of perhaps different type treatments, colors and/or images. Once we feel we have designed something that you will like we will either email you a pdf or fax you the layouts. Please proofread carefully and contact us with your changes. Amendements and alterations are provided at no additional charge for up to five rounds after which there will be a $50 charge per round.

STEP FOUR –
Approval and Payment
Once you are happy with your layout(s) you will need give us your final approval. Please be certain that everything is to your liking. Once orders have gone to print it is difficult and costly to make any changes. You will also receive an invoice detailing you order. Only upon approval along with a 50% deposit will you order actually be sent to print. Piccolo Press accepts Visa and Mastercard ONLY. U.S. and Canadian citizens will not be charged tax. Because we are based in Scotland, you will be charged in sterling upon which your credit card will convert the amount to dollars equaling the final invoice charge.

STEP FIVE –
Shipping
All work is printed in Scotland and shipped directly to you at cost via DHL
